“The hotel was in a great location and was very specious and clean. I would have rated it a 4, but the beds were the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel. We will be traveling to this area frequently and I am not sure I would stay again because of the bed. My husband and I never woke up in such pain!”

“Room was clean, kitchen was stocked, we had everything we needed without having to disturb staff or be disturbed. We came over Mother’s Day weekend and it was very chaotic. The lobby had a disgruntled customer who came in early to get her room key and had to wait four hours until check in. She made a scene and was very loud complaining about how she wasn’t being catered to fast enough. Jenna assisted me during check in and was balancing the lobby full of other customers the disgruntled customer...

“Overall, our stay was nice. I think the price was a little high for the size room we had. Also would've been nice to have a small microwave, but we did have a mini fridge, which was nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the A/C worked like a dream. I didn't sample the breakfast. My husband thought the choices were lacking but said the food was still good. The staff were also kind and welcoming.”

“We dd not get the beds we payed for and no garbage can or tv remote and nothing in kitchen lights did not work. Could not use pool. Probably the worst place I have been.”

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The only issue I experienced was with a few of the media apps, but it was nothing major overall.”

“Finally!! A decent property on Expedia. I was nearly ready to delete the app altogether. I am very pleased with our 2 night stay at the Four Points Sheraton over Memorial Day weekend. It was quiet and CLEAN! The property, the rooms, the lobby, all of it. I saw employees actively maintaining the property every time I came and went from it. 10/10 will book here again!”

“We enjoyed the breakfast options. The breakfast area was clean and staff very diligent in providing service and making sure everyone was taken care of. Beds were pretty low for my height and hard to get up. Low towels available but we made do.”

“The staff were friendly but think worked, the room keys would continuously stop working, the pool area was ok but could use an update. Inside the room one of the handles wasn’t working and even after it was “fixed” didn’t work well. The frig wasn’t working so they swapped one out. The lobby smelled odd. Just wasn’t a great experience.”
