“We reserved through expedia and arrived, the room we wanted was not cleaned so we took a smaller room. Opened the door and a gigantic roach was crawling on the roof. We went back to the front desk to let them know and the front desk clerk said she was coming to check it out and NEVER came. “This location is an older facility and its wear shows. The beds were clean and comfy, but the AC unit and phone were dusty and I couldn’t call the front desk when I needed it, the tub was very worn and stained, and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. Despite requesting a crib before and at check-in so it’d be ready for bedtime, I later found out they had zero cribs on-site; the employee said others must have stolen them and that they didn’t get families often so there hasn’t been a need. “Excellent stay. Hotel staff was great. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was nice. Great for kids and adults. Breakfast was very good. Great selection of hot and cold items. Nice location not too far away from attractions and was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The room was very, very spartan. Linoleum floors. No carpet. No rugs. No decorations. White walls with a number of stains that could have easily been repaired. Furniture that came from a rubbish pile. Glass marks, stain, holes, every piece of furnture was stained or had been broken. Lamps were torn. the lampstand crooked.
