“The property was beautiful and what I would expect from an Hampton Inn and suites. The staff was funny, friendly and attentive enough. The room was nice, but there are definitely some areas where there could be some repainting specifically the bathroom door. However, the room was clean, the bed soft and comfortable. “I love staying here this was our third time, the only complaint I had this time I did find some old snacks and pieces of food on floor under the bed and couch area, it was not much but it’s something that I did not like. Not that any hotels offer this so it’s not a complaint but I wish places like here that have a pool would have life jackets to use in the pool area as I did forget my sons this time. I do recommend this place and will stay here again. ”

“I would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! It’s always an event there like family reunions. I don’t like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.”
