“The bathroom was outdated and the toilet ran all night. The room looked old and not fresh and inviting. The place to hang coats/clothes was open to the room, but more importantly, not very sturdy.”

“The Internet was down when we first arrived, but the staff were super transparent and kind when they told us that they were unable to check us in. When we were able to check in, everything was seamless and comfortable and the rates weren’t bad either. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in the area :D”

“Our room was very clean and had all the necessary items from shampoo, conditioner to coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was great with anything from eggs, sausage, gravy to pancakes and hot cinnamon rolls. The cost was very reasonable also. We will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn at Concord, NC when we come back down. Thank you.”

“We didn’t get the room we reserved. I assume due to us checking in late, approx. 10pm. We reserve a king but were told they only had double queen available. Otherwise, our stay was good.”

“I called the place and tbe phone didn’t answer so we went to the place and my brother tried calling there after we asked the staff if the phone works and it didn’t ring! I proceeded to ask her to give me a good number to call form there and gave me her own phone number instead! She said she’ll give me a call back the next day but didn’t! And still trying to call and email them!”

“the room was pretty clean and looked good. the only problem with the room i would say is the loud ac and the bed was very hard. almost felt like laying on wood. also, breakfast is not complementary. when i checked in and was told about breakfast, i thought each guest got free breakfast. instead, i was charged $23 for just grits, eggs, and bacon. if i had known breakfast wasn’t free, i would’ve ordered a better meal or just wouldn’t have gone…overall i give this stay a 6/10. they also charge $10...
