“Only complaint is no microwave in our room ”

“Continently close to convention center Clean, great size room with small kitchen Will be staying again in the future ”

“Our stay was very good. The only problem was with the breakfast selections. The food wasn’t fresh. It seemed the eggs were microwaved. The coffee was awful. Finally, the room was a handicapped room. The bathroom was for a handicapped person so the floor was one level throughout leaving shower water over half of the bathroom.”

“The staff were amazing! Rooms are roomy.”

“The staff was so incredible!! Especially Ms. Lora, she was amazing and went above and beyond to take care of our group! The breakfast was delicious; the shower was better than my own shower at home!! We will be staying there when we return to the area in May!”

“3/23/26: Beware: This hotel is not open. It has been abandoned for the last 9 months. My family went to check in and it was not open. Thankfully we were able to find a nearby hotel. ”

“The price was the best part. The first room I was given had stains in the furniture and the carpet hadn’t been cleaned. The second room was a bit cleaner. Also smelled like cigarettes everywhere. ”

“Guys are renovating... dust all over.. No mats in tubs. I have fallen in tub due to slippery. No cleanliness. I rate this property as 1.0, not even 2.0 in scale of 10”

“Had to move twice due to appliances not working...did not program key card for the length of stay...was lock out of room.. had to go up and down stairs because noone would answer phone and no one was at desk during daytime hours.”

“We got to the hotel later than expected and the counter was closed and there was no staff on duty in the lobby. I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. Most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had”
