“This might actually be one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at aside from a couple of five stars. But the employees were awesome! The bed was fantastic! They served a light dinner / snacks! If I am ever in an area with another Drury Inn, if they are all like this I will be a customer for life!”

“ I had an early flight so I was not able to stay for breakfast. The room was clean and welcoming. I was DISAPPOINTED in the shuttle service as it only accommodates 9-5 travel. As I had an early 7 AM flight I had to find alternative travel to Concord Regional airport. I was fortunate that other early morning travelers were kind to offer me a ride. The shuttle service was the reason I chose to stay at this hotel and was NOT HAPPY with the resulting situation.”

“The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property was maintained by a team who obviously take pride in a job well done. The parking lot was quite well lit--I felt perfectly safe there alone with my kids. The breakfast was basic (cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage patties) but did the job it needed to do. Housekeeping is every other day, but you can get most anything you need from the front desk. ”

“We paid £500 for two days of waterpark and a room for a night, fo myself and my son. We got there no room availible to check in, so had to leave all oir belongings in the open. We stayed for 4 hrs as my son could see past the cleanliness, then left. I mentioned it to staff, but they just appeared happy to take our money. I basically paid £500 to spend 4hrs in a dirty, over crowded waterpark. Terrible experiance, and aligns with most peoplea views who have attended the park. This is on Expedia...

“Rooms are absolutely disgusting. Stained couch, chair and carpet. Smelled like pee. The carpet was sticky. We had two children with us and this was absolutely the nastiest experience we have ever had and we trace a lot.”

“There was mold present. The smell was overwhelming to the point I had to decide for my safety that I could not stay there. I had to cancel my reservation as I could not stay there due to health issues I respectfully asked for a refund and waiting for for the Expedia team to help me get a refund as I had to book another room at another hotel. My entire vacation has been impacted negatively to this issue.”
