“We stayed here for race weekend and honestly the experience was disappointing. The main reason we booked this room for Saturday night was specifically to enjoy the hot tub and relax before the race, but we ended up having to completely switch rooms after already unpacking everything. Sunday morning by the time we packed back up, moved all of our belongings, and got settled into another room, it was basically time to leave for the racetrack, so we never even got to enjoy the amenities we paid...

“Clean, decent breakfast, nice staff”

“The only issue we had was slowness of the elevators due to 1 being out of order. This caused me to use the steps a few times. The hotel has been recently renovated and everything is nice and clean.”

“I wanna begin this review by saying that GWL Concord would probably be a really nice property for families with children, as long as the adults are OK with slumming it a little bit, every child we saw there was having an incredible time. 1. Information- we called a few times leading up to our stay to confirm, property details and policy. When we arrived, we were informed that all of that was incorrect and the phone team is often wrong, but we made all of our travel plans around that team...
