“One of the nicest I have ever stayed in ”

“No the kitchen does not come fully equipped and staff doesn't advise of this. Last stay, knob for hot water in shower was not working and it took almost 20 minutes to configure. Staff starts calling room early in the morning WAY before checkout time”

“Checked in after a last minute family event. The property was clean, the rooms were spacious & it’s close to food, so that is a plus. If I had one complaint, it would be the parking situation. There doesn’t seem to be enough spots. I’d absolutely stay here again, but if you don’t get there early, who knows where you’d have to park.”

“There was no hand soap to wash out hands or shampoo. There were two mini bottles of conditioner, both appeared to have been previously used. There were 3 tissues in the tissue box. Hair was in the drain of the shower. There was no information on wifi connection or a TV guide. The TV remote was barely working. Breakfast was nothing to rave about. ”

I booked an additional day for my stranded driver - the name on the reservation was incorrect - I caught the error within a few minute - EXPEDIA NOR THE HOTEL would make the correction and honor the reservation- NEITHER WOULD THEY REFUND THE RESERVATION WITH THE WRONG NAME!!!! “We have a very nice room. The pool wasn't avaliable yet. The breakfast was fruit, waffles, or bagels. Coffee only to drink unless you wanted to buy drinks from a machine. ”

“I would steer clear of this motel. Smelled as if they had been smoking cigars. Sheets were stained. Worst mattress I’ve slept on in my life. It felt so hard as if you were sleeping on the floor. Pillows looked and felt so old and flat like if the filling was missing. Toilet seat had stains all around it. And to top things off there was a power outage that lasted over an hour. “We checked in at 4:15 and our room was still not cleaned. We had to wait another 15 minutes for our room to be cleaned. The bed was so hard and the pillows were throw pillow size instead of King sized and the ac unit was not getting the room cold. I would have hated to stay here in the summer. The best part was the breakfast and that was alright for a free breakfast.”
