“Process of booking was easy and overall good hotel and close to restaurants. Clean pool and the air freshener used within the hotel smelled amazing! Our room was a bit smaller than it looked online and the advertisement of the breakfast buffet was a bit deceiving as it’s a general continental breakfast.”

“The check-in staff was not pleasant at all. The hotel smelled like cigarettes and I am not a smoker. The suite looked like it had not been booked in a while. It had not been vacuumed or dusted in a while. It did not have a fresh smell to it at all. Aluminum foil was covering something in the ceiling and the television only had a sound (no picture). I informed the morning clerk an and his reaction was wow! Definitely OVERPRICED!!!! I will never stay there again and definitely will not recommend...

“Stayed 3 nights. Location: a few yards off a loud and busy I-77. Rooms at back get a 7/24 noise bath. If you stay, make sure you're on the front side. BTW, if you're coming in via I-77, the exit is confusing and crowded with construction all the way to the hotel. Be careful. The good news, not very busy, room seemed OK, breakfast was nice and hotel is close to exit (see above). Room had extra amenities (microwave & frig). However the bath room door is a "barn door" style sliding door....

“Pros: breakfast was okay, you have the choices of making a waffle, eating 2 different kinds of cereals, or a couple different pastries/bagles. No protein and no drinks besides coffee and the gallon of milk they put in a bowl of ice water but don’t worry there are $3 drinks in the vending near front desk. The room was spacious and the tv was big, we brought our own Roku so I’m not sure how it works also nice deep tub. They have daily house keeping which you don’t see often anymore. It’s not...

“So again a place to sleep. The area doesn’t have much as most stops for a city and area. There is a gem a Restaurant on the corner. Menus is huge and the options are vast. Ceviche to steaks! The hotel was not to accommodating but the room was big with the fridge microwave…no freezer. Showers kinda poopie but cleaned well. Bed a little stiff but not bad. A/C kicked it to 60 and it was 60, wife was freezing to death lol! Gotta keep it cold! Good amount of the rooms are torn apart and stuff left on...

“The front desk was closed when we arrived so we couldn't get into the lobby. It would have been helpful to know about that when planning our trip. We tried to use the kiosk in the entry to check in but it was awful and didn't work. Finally a maintenance person or something let us in and eventually someone came to check us in. The towels were all stained so we asked the front desk to replace them and they did and were nice about it. We saw from signs posted around that we needed a parking pass so...
