“We got to the hotel later than expected and the counter was closed and there was no staff on duty in the lobby. I called Expedia and I called the property to try and get somebody to come open the front door. We were told we can’t check in after a certain time so o never received my accommodations and never even got to stay there at the hotel and was still Charged for a room i never stayed at. Most awful hotel experience I’ve ever had”

“We did not eat the breakfast because it was only toast or waffles.. The sheets were terrible big bleach spots as well as other stains…even a replacement was the same… The shower was hot and strong which was good but it was obviously not remodeled by a professional..hodgepodge!”

“The staff were very friendly. Room was spotless. Would stay here again. Only negative were breakfast was not very good - had children and no waffles, pancakes or chocolate chip muffins. Only cereal for a child’s pallet. Early morning didn’t have any towels at pool. ”

“The rooms were “ok” and the amenities were acceptable. This was a quick stop for sleep on our drive to Florida and the cheapest hotel in the area with an indoor pool for our kids so I didn’t expect much. What I cannot let slide is how rudely I was treated and disrespected by Shelly the night attendant at the front desk. She was not at the desk when we came in, no sign out about being back soon, I called the hotel number and no answer. My kids were falling asleep in lobby while we were waiting to...
