“My stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didn’t lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager. ”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“The hotel was very clean, staff kind, the only negative thing I have to say about the experience is even though they say that they are a pet friendly establishment, I was unaware that there was a large pet deposit per pet and I have 2 pets.”

“When we got there the lady at the front desk was rude. The room was obviously not cleaned thoroughly. There was a condom by the couch, luckily it was still in the package. There was a huge stain on the couch. They advise that they have breakfast and that was a key factor that I wanted for this hotel. When I got there they told me that they don't serve breakfast. The deposit was 150 and I certainly don't think that it was worth it. 2/10 experience ”
