“Everything was excellent. The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. Very clean and spacious. The staff were most helpful and the pool was lovely. ”

“We stayed in a standard room. The property is old but very clean. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. But it was a good price and had EV charging at a reasonable rate”

“Room was spotless. Breakfast excellent and varied. A/C /heating was so easy to control. I am elderley and usually find TV and AC diffiult to operate, but this hotel was the best I have used for someone like myself not good with technology.”

“Room was clean. Staff I think were overwhelmed with two weddings that weekend. Gym smelt damp,but great facilities. Pool unfortunately was not accessible for everyone. The pool needs a rail on the steps for all to access. We did raise access prior to the visit and during the visit. The mobility chair has also not been working for months now as my friend has stayed there multiple times. Overall nice weekend and would stay again. ”

“Nice size family room, however needs more attention to detail in the room. Ie our room was missing pans to cook, the hair dryer was broken, missing a few glasses. Also our room wasn't cleaned despite putting the sign up asking for a clean. However the location was really good, right next to restaurants, fast food, shopping, public transport, rooms were clean. The help yourself cupboard for supplies ie teas, milk, towels etc is a great idea!”

“This was possibly the best hotel we have stayed in and the cost was very reasonable. The facilities in our apartment were exceptional. decent kitchen facilities meant we could self cater very easily - it included a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. The separate bedroom and bathroom was a real bonus and meant the whole areas was spacious. Alot better (and cheaper) than many Air BNB's we have stayed in. The views of the mountains were glorious as we were on the 6th floor. A truly...

“Stayed here today and had a really lovely experience. The staff were friendly and the customer service was great. Free parking was a big plus, and everything you’d need was provided — even cutlery, which was a nice surprise. The hot shower was perfect, and there were extras like a TV, iron, and ironing board (didn’t use them, but good to have). Overall, a really comfortable stay — I’d definitely come back if I’m in Canberra again!”
