The manager seemed to be helpful, but she wasn’t. She blamed me and she thought it was about the money.😔 dirty sheets, couldn’t take a shower. The tub would fill up fast. We had to get on the housekeeping cart for cups still no bottle water to make coffee, but we will charge for coffee when my husband asked where was...

“We reserved this room very last minute and we were only there for about 9 hours, just to sleep. So we didn't use any of the amenities. The room was nice and big, and it was very clean. No complaints here.”

“Il motel è in una struttura moderna a quattro piani con stanze grandi e bagno nella norma. Offre aria condizionata, macchinetta del caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde e televisore. Alcuni problemi nel bagno: il phon non funzionava perché c'era un filo staccato e scoperto, lo shampoo in dotazione era uno per tre persone per due giorni. La colazione è il minimo indispensabile. E’ distante circa 10 km dal centro. ”

“Our accommodations were good. The room seems to be a little bit outdated, but it was clean. Slept well, but pillows and mattress need to be replaced. They wasn’t soft, but they were gently used. Staff was excellent and always very helpful. Mainly the two ladies that worked the front desk upon my arrival and whatever I needed. I needed some towels and they were very accommodating. Thank you.”

“Rhonda at the front desk is amazing 😎my AC didn’t work in the first room. I had she immediately changed my room for me. No problem. She was very helpful for any other problems. I may have had overall I enjoyed myself. It was just a little inconvenient being hot when I first got there after 10 Hour Drive”

“Tv didn’t work, there was an option to use YouTube or Netflix but that wasn’t available. There was also only 4 channels that worked. There’s free coffee, but the machine didn’t work. The towels in the room had hair stuck in them, so we had to get new ones and check those. One of the chairs was filled with white/greyish spots. The front desk person (forgot their name) was very sweet though”

“The Staybridge was okay. It has recently been/still in the process of being renovated, and is in a seemingly nice area. The front desk employees were helpful and nice. The room was pretty comfortable and well appointed, and the breakfast was really very good. But, the pool was closed, the elevator made weird sounds, and all of the common areas smelled STRONGLY of marijuana. The halls, the lobby, the parking lot.
