Upon arriving you're greeted with the sounds of nature and smiles from the staff. TEEJAY and his staff are wonderful and accommodating. The massage manager Warner not only helpful in booking massages he was very helpful with local cuisine suggestions. The cafe on site is nothing short of incredible with food...

“lo avevamo scelto per la vicinanza al parque carara dove avremmo dovuto avvistare anche gli splendidi ara rossi. Il parco ci ha un po' delusi, così non è stato per l'hotel, immerso in un bosco. La mattina alle 6 ci siamo svegliati col richiamo di 5, 6 ara rossi e blu che hanno fatto spettacolo davanti alle noste finestre. Colazione e cena in chiave cucina locale.”

“I have to say that this was a first class operation! Everyone from the front desk to the owner worked so ridiculously hard to make our stay fantastic. “The hotel is on last end of jaco beach, far from confusion. I stayed here just one night and had an economy room, which are on the main building, close to the Costanera Sur road, and then quite noisy. My room was spacious but a bit old. From what i could see, the condos on the beach are nicer, and are more quiet for sure. Nice beach and kind staff. Restaurant average but expensive. Included continental breakfast was quite poor.”
