I booked a Deluxe room with a pool view, but upon arrival I was given a “comfort garden” room instead, which did not have any meaningful garden view. The plants outside the room were identical to those throughout the hallways, so it felt misleading. When I asked about the room discrepancy, Angela at the front desk explained that only garden rooms accommodate three people, which I understand. However, I was still charged the higher Deluxe room...

“The pools were a lot of fun. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Our room had a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher which allowed us to get food at the local market. Self-laundry service was convenient as well.”

“The property is nicely located in a quiet "rural type" area in a tropical forest setting. A nice swimming pool, a nice adjacent outdoor kitchen with cabinets, wash basin and fridge. The room was ample with two beds furniture. The bathroom was accessible but the shower had a slippery tile floor, so we needed to put towels on the floor to be safe. “The hotel is on last end of jaco beach, far from confusion. I stayed here just one night and had an economy room, which are on the main building, close to the Costanera Sur road, and then quite noisy. My room was spacious but a bit old. From what i could see, the condos on the beach are nicer, and are more quiet for sure. Nice beach and kind staff. Restaurant average but expensive. Included continental breakfast was quite poor.”
