“The mattress felt like a 600 lb person had created a depression in the mattress, the main issue was the noise of the mechanical systems, my bed was actually vibrating due to I am guessing the air conditioning unit, the level of noise from the A/C and something in the bathroom ceiling was just unacceptable, I could not sleep properly, at 0230 I got up took a shower and left, if I couldn’t sleep I might as well be driving getting to my destination. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst...

“This hotel was good for the money. Hotel is in a easy location rite off the I-40 and near tons of stores and restaurants. Easy travel to places in the area and in City of Memphis. I stayed a week and found cleaning is not that good. There was stuff like a penny and a piece of cookie that was on the hall carpet for the entire week I was there. There was food dried on my table and counter in the my room at check in. I actually borrowed a rag and cleaned the counters and room myself....

“My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. Each time the cleaning staff serviced my room, they only did one thing each time. Change the towels only, when the trash was also...

“Purtroppo al momento sono molto delusa. La camera risulta con mobilio molto datato e rovinato. La te da del bagno sulla vasca è tutta strappata. La sedia della scrivania fa veramente “schifo”. Ho fatto una foto anche se non penso di poterla pubblicare. La zona è poco raccomandabile. Abbiamo difronte a noi due “bande” che entrano ed escono di continuo dalle stanze tenendo addirittura le porte aperte. Se sarà così tutta la notte siamo a posto. “Bathroom wasn't super clean, no batteries in the remote, sheets had holes burned in them. Front staff was friendly, but I waited for 15 mins for someone to check me in. Breakfast was less than desirable. It was essentially just waffles and toast. No fruit or biscuit options like advertised.”
