“The mattress felt like a 600 lb person had created a depression in the mattress, the main issue was the noise of the mechanical systems, my bed was actually vibrating due to I am guessing the air conditioning unit, the level of noise from the A/C and something in the bathroom ceiling was just unacceptable, I could not sleep properly, at 0230 I got up took a shower and left, if I couldn’t sleep I might as well be driving getting to my destination. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst...

“This hotel was good for the money. Hotel is in a easy location rite off the I-40 and near tons of stores and restaurants. Easy travel to places in the area and in City of Memphis. I stayed a week and found cleaning is not that good. There was stuff like a penny and a piece of cookie that was on the hall carpet for the entire week I was there. There was food dried on my table and counter in the my room at check in. I actually borrowed a rag and cleaned the counters and room myself....

“My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. “I selected this hotel based on three criteria: Safe, pet friendly, and breakfast included. I paid for the room through Expedia as was required. When I got to the property at 10:30pm, the young man at the desk was very nice, but let me know that I needed to pay. I was really tired, so I thought, "Maybe Expedia didn't charge?" “Purtroppo al momento sono molto delusa. La camera risulta con mobilio molto datato e rovinato. La te da del bagno sulla vasca è tutta strappata. La sedia della scrivania fa veramente “schifo”.
