Hotel vicino a Buckhead Lake - Arlington

“Good bed and shower. Room was clean but needs updating. It appeared that there might be some remodeling being done.”

“My stay wasn’t the best at Best Western Plus and honestly the pictures were a little misleading. The room looked way nicer online than it did in person. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not what I expected based on the photos. Also, the pillows were super small literally about the size of my hand — and not comfortable at all. Overall, the stay was just okay, but I expected much better offadvertising”

“Pool was closed even though it was a week after the posted opening date and over 80 outside. The breakfast was out of butter, bagels and had molded bread. Attendant was annoyed and rude when asked about items. The room was cleanish but old, stained carpet, broken mirror, unwiped services. There is tape over main entry doors. I assume the property is pet friendly, as it smells that way and several "piles" in/near the parking lot. Reminder to never let your office book your travel”

“The staff was was very friendly, nice, and helpful. The riom was very clean. The breakfast need to have signs by all food and alert guests (with sign) when something is not avaliable( the yogurt machine was not working and we had to guess on certain foods). The location was great! Next to the mall and many restaurants. ”

“However housekeeping did not clean the rooms everyday. The housekeeping staff first cleans the checkout rooms first. Then if time premits they will clean the occupied rooms. You may have to refresh your room yourself and get your towels and other consumables items from the front desk. The breakfast was excellent comparable to some of your better breakfast restaurants. Location was great, for you were surrounded by shopping strip malls and a variety of fast food restaurants where some were...

“Secure location perfect hotel in Arlington Tn. Breakfast great staff friendly parking easy and plenty of room Clean and modern room! Wanted to stay longer but Expedia price went up a lot after our 2 day stay.”

“Looks like they added a $10 charge after we left…thought they thought we stayed after 11AM… but we were out of the room by 10:30AM…”

“This hotel was nice at some point. Now not so much, very run down. It is in a very sketchy neighborhood lots of homeless people around the neighborhood. Was somewhere to sleep that is about it.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the front desk was not friendly when we arrived. They did not offer a friendly greeting or make me feel at all welcome. They said nothing about the where anything was in the hotel and then rudely pointed me in the right direction when I clearly couldn't find the elevators. I wouldn't stay there again.”
