“What an absolute treat The Red Lion is. I went of pervious reviews and it didn’t disappoint. In fact it exceeded my expectations, what a gem of a place. The Staff were simple amazing, David and Jasmine were fantastic and always on hand of we needed anything. The rooms are so comfortable and modern, the Breakfast was fabulous and the food in the pub was outstanding. My only problem is that I won't have the homemade biscuits that were in the room, tonight with my cuppa tea when i am at home.”

“The staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable. Our room was spacious clean and exactly like advertised on the web site. Everything was very clean. Bathroom and shower etc very good and spotless. We dined at the Indian restaurant next door the food was excellent and the service friendly and professional. Ths only sad thing was the little coffee shop is no longer there but I understand why. ”

“questo più che un hotel è un b&b, precisamente una sleep boutique. è favoloso, bellissimo! avevamo la tower suite, una suite a due piani molto grande. dato che eravamo in 4, avevamo 2 letti matrimoniali: uno al piano di sopra e uno sotto. ognuno di essi aveva un televisore molto grande e nuovo. al piano di sopra c'era, affianco al letto, una vasca da bagno fantastica! al piano di sotto c'era il bagno (perfetto) e anche un angolo cottura. i proprietari erano molto ospitali e gentili. la colazione...

“Martin and Melanie are lovely hosts. B&B is a short walks from local pubs. The sunday lunch in the George was excellent. Breakfast around the kitchen table with the other guests was a real treat. As was the various fruits from their garden. Easy travel to numerous places including Stourhead and the Fleet Air Arm Museum. Great hosts highly recommended.”

Set in a small courtyard and garden, the walk up the wooden staircase leads to a secret and very private BBQ and wooded area with fabulous views by day and magical, twinkling fairy lights at night. "We stayed at The White Hart Hotel in Wells for three nights, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is charming, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was exceptional—delicious, abundant, and with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The location is perfect for exploring the stunning city of Wells, with its beautiful cathedral and picturesque surroundings just a stone’s throw away. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We highly recommend The White Hart Hotel to anyone visiting Wells and would happily return in the future!"
