Boat House Villa 2 is luxury, contemporary two storey villa, fully self contained, in the heart of Barwon Heads, just off the main street, minutes walk to river, beach, restaurants, supermarket, cafes, specialty shops, and all Barwon Heads has to offer. Includes linen, beach towels and breakfast provisions. Minimum 5 night stay in December and January.

Boat House Villa 2 has split system air conditioning in the living area and split system air conditioning in bedroom 2 and have ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms, gas log fire in the living area, electric heating to bedrooms, all electric kitchen with dishwasher, air fryer, soda stream and are fully equipped with crockery and cutlery for your stay. 80cm digital television with DVD to main living area, small TV & DVD to main bedrooms, stereo in living area.

Boat House Villa 2 sleeps 8 people comfortably and has 3 bedrooms - main with a queen size bed and ensuite (large walk-in shower), second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed, the third bedroom has a queen size and a single bed. 2nd bathroom has a shower.

The villas have an extensive library of current magazines, books, DVDs, CDs and games. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine is provided. Tastefully furnished and fitted out, the villas have everything you need for your holiday enjoyment.

Ideal holiday location to relax and unwind for couples or a family. You can walk to all your favourite locations for swimming, surfing, fishing, walking or just have a pleasant afternoon at the beach. Plenty of shady parking and amenity.
