Case in affitto a Basalt

“Beautiful property and location, simple, clean condo, good layout. Unfortunately there was some cigarette smoke that drifted in and music after hours from the tenants on the other side of the door. We contacted the property manager and he put in a call to have them quit. It kept us up a bit, but I would imagine it was addressed for future renters. Stove is a separate induction unit, but has all the basics! Other than that, great spot!”

“Our stay at the house at the Ranch at the Roaring Fork in Carbondale was perfect. The house was spacious and very well designed for a family. The reclining chairs and sofa in the living room were comfy and great for watching the World Cup soccer and playing games with our family. The kitchen had everything we needed and was clean and well organized. The beds upstairs were just as described, very comfortable and we had more beds than we needed for our family of 4. They even had a strong portable...

“A stunning home in a quiet spacious neighborhood 20 min. From downtown. Room to breathe and enjoy the Mt. Sopris views which are breathtaking. We spent hours on the fantastic deck, and the spa shower in the main bedroom was exhilarating. Great appliances, grill and smoker, privacy for all our guests and a large grassy fenced yard for our pups. We plan to come back again and again.”

“Beautiful home in the mountains. Atmosphere was breathing taking from inside and out.”

“The house was spotless, beautiful, and well-equipped. The entrance into the property is level and parking was a breeze. The house is close to Sunlight Ski Resort and the town. At night, you can see hundreds of stars, and we enjoyed making smores on the fire pit. We saw deer at the edge of the property, enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and used the barbecue. The property management service responded quickly to my questions. I would recommend this property.”

“This was a rare stay for us because everyone in the family loved it and had zero gripes! The deck table was our dinner place of choice every single night. The house just has everything. They even give you all the access to allll the towels you could ever need, not that we did. The beds are comfortable. It’s just one of those places that feels so cozy—oh—and clean! Take it from a clean freak, this house is clean. Rent it. It’s amazing.”

“My husband and I like historic B&Bs and the room we stayed in was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. I can’t remember the young lady’s name who prepared the amazing breakfast, but she was such a sweet, cheerful person! The only thing that was disappointing was the front & back garden area. The grounds have been neglected. With just a little cleanup and potted flowers it could be a beautiful, welcoming place to sit,”

“Such a great stay. Walkable to Main Street Glenwood Springs. The rental has it all. Very well designed and just such a comfortable stay. Also, David is extremely responsive.”

“Needs new pillows. Other than that we had an excellent stay.”

“Host was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. She provided us with tips on how and where to access the creek. Our questions were answered quickly”
