“Great location in Basalt. Basic clean rooms, good spot to base while in the valley.”

“The hotel is right next to the Fryingpan River. Peaceful sounds of water over rocks, small table and chairs right outside your door to sit at to adsorb the serenity of the location. The construction noise was minimal on the side by the river. There's a great restaurant next door serving mountain trout. The breakfast was substantial with breakfast burritos and hard boiled eggs, and a variety of breads and and waffles for the carbs.”

“This is a self-check-in, which is an interesting process, but it worked well if you don't mind being stuck on your cell phone to get through it. The biggest drawback is that standard television is not available. It took me a while to log into a streaming service to view the world cup game I wanted to see the evening I checked in. “There's pretty much no way one of the elevators passed inspection. We took the stairs to the 4th floor after it felt like it was going to give way, which was less than ideal. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan, so the ceiling looked like mold was forming. The beds were fine, though not particularly soft or comfortable. Overall I was not impressed.”

“Our tiny house stay was very enjoyable. The accommodations were clean and the location was perfect for an easy stroll down main street in Leadville. The communication from the staff was excellent, so check-in was a breeze. If you've never stayed in a "Tiny House", this is a great place to try it out. We would definitely stay there again.”

“We stayed over a holiday weekend so everywhere was busy, but there were a TON of kids running free throughout the hotel at any given moment. The location is amazing and the room was fantastic. The crying kids heard even with our door and window closed, slamming doors, lack of courtesy from other guests (specifically in the pool area) and pets in the breakfast food space were disappointing.”

“I booked this hotel mainly for its location next to the adventure park and pool, which were the biggest selling points for our family. Unfortunately, the room was disappointing. We were given a basement-level handicap-accessible room, and the shower bench took up most of the shower space. Beyond the lobby, the hotel felt dated and not very clean, with worn carpet and paint. Our bunk beds also had only folded sheet/blanket on the top bunk, so we had to make it ourselves, and we noticed what...
