“Bad house keeping, front desk staff was rude and don’t know what they are doing ( not professional) average breakfast . According to Expedia I’m supposed to pay $ 623, I got charged $653 . I request Expedia to talk to the hotel and refund the extra money charge to my credit card .”

“Don't go here. Our room was very musty, the bathroom had an odd odor, the batheoom is dark. There was a bed bug on the pillow, and hair on the sheet. It is run down and not kept up. The moldings need a coat of paint. The front desk wouldn't let us change rooms, or cancel when we brought up these issues. She then asked if we wanted to check out, but that they would be keeping all of our money. It is worth the extra $60 to go to the Marriott. This is not a 'cute, quaint, place" as some other...

“The web site said a pool and hot tube and there is not one on site, you have to walk across the street to another Hotel and use theirs - not pleasant. The web site says " River Front" - It is not - you have to walk across the street and go behind the hotel across the street. The ceilings must be paper thin, we had to leave a day early due to the stomping around in the room above.”
