“Had a lot of issues with the key cards and readers - was never sure if I was going to get into my room without help from the front desk person. No breakfast - but there was coffee. Dim CFL room lighting. But it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nearby level 2EV charging - a short walk.”

“A total mess of management. Booked one month ahead and cannot check in due to overbooking. Seems to be some rookies who didn't understand the booking process and messed up. The front desk is quite indifferent and just asks us to contact the booking platform to make up for their own fault. Apparently running a hotel here means accepting reservations you have no intention of honoring, then acting surprised when guests show up expecting a room. “Room was poorly lit and well worn, with broken tiles in the bathroom. Something black was on part of the ceiling and beds were uncomfortable. Door didn’t always catch to shut and we had to giggle the handle to get it to work. Room was spacious, but that is the only positive thing we can say about it.”

“Hotel is like a maze. Certain elevators connect only to certain rooms. If you're on the 4th floor you have to use a wheelchair lift to get there unless you want to drag your suitcases up a flight of stairs. Layout was weird and confusing. Stained glass windows are sagging out of their frames and there is gum in the window wells on the 4th floor. Lobby is beautiful, but fireplace puts out no heat and it's cold in there. “Great location to access downtown and the spas. The suite room was spacious with decent amenities. Lighting was poor. Bathroom was as updated. Highway 70 can be heard at night.”
