Hotel a New Castle

“When checking in, we requested a first floor room. We were told the only one available did not have a working refrigerator. We accepted that. Upon entering the room we found the TV screen was cracked. There were several places in the walls with damage to the plaster. When we prepared to go to bed, we found gritty material (possibly sand) between the sheets. We have been frequent guests at this location, but after this we decided to find a new location.”

“Camera pulita. Bagno molto pulito con finestra e ventola funzionante. Wifi buono. Buona televisione. Camera un po' piccola visto il letto a 2 materassi troppo alto. Colazione eccellente con tantissime cose, dolce, salato, frutta yogurt. ”

“The hotel it’s located in a very beautiful location by the river. They definitely deserve five star not a three star. The only problem we had was the mattress was terrible very old. Had a hole in the middle. The back springs and the metal were broken damaged they refused helping us just think about sleeping in the mattress for six nights. It was horrible.there’s nothing could do about it And we told them that to fix it, they didn’t want to they refuse they told us go ahead and posted it on a...

“The breakfast menu did not offer a lot of options. The scrambled eggs on the first day were very watery. I did not try the sausage or the waffles. The pastry was very dry. The room was clean but cleaning services were only available upon request. Staff were ok but did not respond when asked to assist with resetting the tv after there was a power outage. Air conditioning was very loud and rumbled.”

“Very nice staff and perfectly fine hotel, if a little outdated. The hot tub was unavailable on my stay and the rooms could stand to be modernized a bit, more USB ports, modern fixtures etc, but I enjoyed my stay. If you're going to Glenwood Caverns you couldn't be closer and your hotel parking puts you in a prime spot.”

“The buffet was a typical continental buffet. There were not fresh items on it and the staff was just OK. Parking was easy and it was super convenient in location to my son’s lacrosse tournament. The beds were comfortable.”

“Had a lot of issues with the key cards and readers - was never sure if I was going to get into my room without help from the front desk person. No breakfast - but there was coffee. Dim CFL room lighting. But it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nearby level 2EV charging - a short walk.”
