“Paul at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. The room was clean and appliances in good condition. The pool and hot tub were clean, inviting and refreshing. Highly recommend this property. Do not stay at the best western next door, it was dirty and run down and front desk clerk Jeremiah was awful. ”

“The front desk clerk Jeremiah seemed to not really care about my concerns. I arrived promptly at 3 PM, just in case there were any issues with the room. I have had a few bad experiences at Best Western properties. I wanted to give Best Western another chance. The room I paid for was a king, upon arrival at the door to my room, I heard the people next door speaking loudly and TV was loud. I wanted a nice quiet place to stay.
