“Absolutely ”

“We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was lovely. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and fresh. ”

“Our first rooms outlets all went out in the room on the second day we had to be moved to a new room because of it, the spa was down both days, the wifi was extremely laggy. The pancake machine was down and the sausage was kinda under cooked. I won't be staying there again.”

“Room was dark, small window so no natural lighting. Lamps and overhead lights not sufficient. Disappointed that breakfast ends at 10am”

“When I got into the shower, it made a loud popping sound like the shower was loose. ”

“Not a hot tub there and the place was nasty and we had too bring our own cleaning supplies and they guy took our money and put it in his pocket wouldn’t give the rest of our deposit back because the towns was dirty bc we put it in the floor and it already had stains on it and nothing was cleaned a lot of roaches and bugs”

“Breakfast good. Room had wet carpet o outside wall. Reported and staff reported and to be Investigated upon check out. Staff pleasant and professional. ”

“Bedroom was nice. bathroom needs updating. Towels were dingy. ”

“Property was nice. Breakfast buffet was better than most. Only received towel service from housekeeping in 4 days. Coffee and condiments never replenished. Floor above us, room had large dogs that jumped on & off bed all day and night and howled in the evening. ”

“This was an inexpensive stay and it was pretty much what we paid for. Sometimes saving money, comes with other costs.”

“Friendly service, I had to get in late due to flight delays but I called ahead so they were aware and when I arrived they were waiting to check me in. Great room, quiet and comfortable”

“Didn't have a microwave and they were doing maintence almost half the time I was there. It was totally a waste of money”

“The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.”
