Hotel vicino a Bass Lake - Interlochen

“It was clean. Convenient, gas station across the street. A little small, but I was only there to sleep.”

“Not a good experience staying here. Receptionist upon check in was extremely rude. The hotel room smelled of a mix of cat urine and mildew. Hotel was booked so couldn’t change rooms. On Holiday, the rates were $400 + per night. Breakfast server in the morning was rude. Yelling at guests to hurry up and get their food because she is closing. And kept repeating herself. There was still 15 minutes left. Just not a welcoming staff at all. Pros - The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable....

Room was on the 4th floor and we had a very difficult time getting the kids asleep due to the very rowdy and loud group outside going well past 11 p.m. Breakfast was very poor considering the typical options offered at the other home2suites we have visited. “When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up.”
