“Not impressed. Wine glasses had wine stains from previous guests upon arrival. Glitch in system meant we didn’t get the room service we ordered because staff already went home for the night. Parking for valet was not clear at all. No pool or spa facility.”

“Overall, my stay was generally fine, and the other sections of the apartment appeared clean and well-maintained. However, I did encounter a very unpleasant issue. When I went to use the washing machine, I found what appeared to be pet waste left inside the inner drum (tyre) of the machine.”
