“I don't know how is possible don't give 5 stars at this accomodation. Service was perfect. We arrived at Christmas and we received all the informations we needed. Very professional. Apartament is spacious , very clean and perfect for a family. The kitchen is new and complete with all accessories .Easily we got very good meals. “We were very very impressed with Quest Newcastle. Quest was very accommodating as we were travelling with an elderly and we requested a walk in shower (instead of a shower with a bath tub) and a shower chair - both were attended to professionally. Hospitality from the reception team was also amazing (special shoutout to Mia and Paris). The 2 bedroom apartments were just renovated and they were very clean and tidy.
