“Clean rooms and well maintained. Can find parking on the street or on the nearby lot. The house showcases a collection of model cars, vintage collectables and many more interesting posters and magazines related to the Studebaker and Vivanti automobiles. And the houses are right next to the Studebaker Historic Museum. ”

“This facility is heavily under construction. Hallways have plastic taped on walls, elevators are totally scratched, main reception desk moved to a horribly ugly back area. I was asked at checkin if I'd been there before. "No." No explanation as to the sad appearance of place. I was never asked if I was an alumna of SMC or of ND. I went to SMC '81. I was put on a floor with ND wallpaper (with old football teams, leprachaun mascot, and ND symbol) and ND tartan plaid and blue gold color scheme...

“This hotel was clean and.conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished. The valet service made parking a breeze and the employees there were great— shout out to Owen who gave us directions and always had a smile on his face. ”

“The pool was closed. They advertise a hot tub but there is no hot tub. Hotel is very outdated but nice staff”

“The 'continental' breakfast costs $18.00. Way too much fir eggs, muffins, bacon and waffles. The room was noisy. The AC unit ead noisy. Children running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors. The room looked out over the lobby where people socialized until very late. Parking costs $15.00 a night. Very low clearance, wet and dirty. A broken water pipe has left puddles. Repairs are ongoing throughout the building. The worst experience of my life! ”

“One of my rooms had an unflushed toilet, and the refrigerator constantly made noise and one of the dresser drawers would not close Room 218. The gentleman that checked us in was rude. I didn’t know how the pay worked with the rooms and he got short with me about it.”
