“Rooms are comfortable and beds terrific. Young staff could use some hospitality training on how to be more friendly and gracious with guests, or at least a smile. Could have made an effort to be more accommodating- ie arrived just as dinner service ended. Could have offered snacks, nuts, something…
Asked about GF breakfast options. Didn’t seem to know so I had to ask item by item… toast? Breakfast meats? Beans?”

“It was large, clean and bright, easy to reach from the rail station and bus service 10 min and the city centre. A bit noise because is on the street.
Excellent position to start the walk on the cliffs and see the paradisiac Seven Sisters”

“Great central location, ideal for the concert. Comfy bed with TV and bath with shower head. Clean. Friendly staff available 24hrs. Toilet cistern filled up all night so kept getting woken up and had to ask for extra toilet rolls. Seemed to be on restriction. No shower gel or soap. Simple things that would have made a big difference to ratings. Could have done with a new shower curtain and shower head holder.”
