“The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights.”

“Roaches, black mould, moist bed sheets, leaking water bathroom on to the floor, larva sacks on walls. Do not recommend this place!”

“There was some kind of flooding from the Garbage room next to my room. It stank like vomit and they just hooked up a fan to dry it out but all it did was spread the stink more and make a lot of noise for the whole week. Then the host had the audacity to deduct 100RM from my safety deposit because they blamed me for some spillage in the elevator that was already there when I entered, but never apologized or offered to change my room because of the nasty stink. And then send another 100 RM fine...

“Room in bad state; taps leaked, towel holders collapsed, kitchen Venetian blinds not working; air con failed to work; broken down furniture, only 1 fan in lounge; no AC, no fan, we couldn’t sleep…, slept on the floor. Worst nightmare staying here.”
