“When l checked into the room on second floor, there was strong foul odor and bathroom floor had black mildew. The sink in the bathroom had mildew too around the edge. Carpet was filthy. It was then l realized that the a/c was on max in hallways to mask this humidity odor. I complained and about the condition of the room to receptionist and she said she will have maintenance look at it. I spent the night in the room and could not sleep due to smell. Next morning l complained again and they found...

“What an unexpected and pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! The suite in the residence had amazing views of downtown KL. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms all had bidets with warmed seats. The elevators were fast and very secure too. Parking was super easy. We will definitely stay here again.”
