“Moxy's is a lovely hotel with an incredible breakfast. Super clean and cool design. This would have been a 5 star review aside from the airport shuttle service. We arrived to the lobby 10 minutes before the departure time and were told by staff to wait in the lobby. 15 minutes past and we asked staff again and were told they they will get us when the shuttle arrived. 20 more minutes past, no one came to get us and when I asked the staff member at the counter he said the shuttle arrived at the...

“Piscina bellissima ma sporca Palestra grande ma senza aria condizionata Camera grande e comoda ma con sgradevole odore e rumore per colpa dell’aria condizionata vecchissima Colazione ampia e abbondante anche se mancano cose come latte caldo , cappuccino o acqua frizzante. Buono ma migliorabile”

“Everything was great. Great reception (especially Ms Mimi, who checked me in), very comfortable and clean room. I had breakfast a few mornings. Regular (hourly) shuttle to nearby IOI City Mall. Malaysia was a great pleasure to visit. ”

“They charge Europe price but no Europe standard. The rooms are very dirty and old. The air conditioning is not working and loud. We called them to fix and nobody comes. Just very disappointing stay overall ”
