Hotel con Wi-Fi a Batu

“Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel perché di passaggio nel nostro percorso. La posizione è abbastanza comoda alle batu caves a patto che si abbia un'auto. Considerate comunque che le strade attorno ed all'interno di kuala lumpur sono sempre trafficatissime quindi gli spostamenti sono lenti. Il parcheggio é al coperto e gratuito. La stanza era molto carina, il letto comodo. Il bagno aveva due pareti trasparenti, molto d'effetto ma se se si vuole un minimo di privacy meglio tirare giù...

“Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ok, aber für jede Kleinigkeit musste extra bezahlt werden (z.B. zusätzliches Kopfkissen). Den in der Buchungsbestätigung aufgeführten Shuttle-Service gibt es nicht! Die Fahrt vom Airport zum Hotel mussten wir selbst organisieren!”

“When l checked into the room on second floor, there was strong foul odor and bathroom floor had black mildew. The sink in the bathroom had mildew too around the edge. Carpet was filthy. It was then l realized that the a/c was on max in hallways to mask this humidity odor. I complained and about the condition of the room to receptionist and she said she will have maintenance look at it. I spent the night in the room and could not sleep due to smell. Next morning l complained again and they found...

“住宿空間不錯，也有電視可看，洗手間及浴室有開窗，房間也可看到城市景觀！服務人員有禮貌，飯店有電梯很方便！ 電梯灰塵有點多，沖澡時水柱很強也很舒服，但是剛我那間水退得有點慢，導致洗完澡後有點淹水！ 搭大眾運輸過去的話，還真的不太方便，比較推薦搭grab！”
