“We got the grand room and the room given was the last room available when we check in - corner & low floor. Upon entering, the room was so warm, it was already 9pm. The aircon does produce cold wind but several hours later the room is still warm and won’t stay cold despite the biggest fan speed and lowest temperature. Was sweating in the middle of the night.”

“Founds ants in my room. Complained gently about it, in stead to upgrade me they did the contrary, changed again room, was acceptable Any how front desk has not really a good training on handle serious problems such I faced ”

“Room was well maintained and clean. Front desk is helpful. However buffet breakfast was disappointing and not many varieties.”

Asked for an additional towel as we travel with a kid, once with room service staff then called front desk, but the towel never come. All towels are old and with holes but not a big deal.
