“We arrived at the proprty and walked up to the porch to ring the doorbell. The property was overrun with dead plants and was very un kempt. The steps were hard to negotiate for my wife and I. There were pots of dead plants on every step. There was a cat tower next to the front door, and there was feces smeared on it right at eye level. Although smoking was prohibited, the room next to us smelled strongly of marijuana, making it seem like the policy was not enforced. There was noticeable water damage in the rooms, along with an unpleasant odor throughout the property. “Parking was great and the hotel was easy to get to. My only issue is the bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress should be replaced. As it had a very large indent in one side. ”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel years ago and it has deteriorated since then. The carpet needs to replaced. I had one bath towel and one wash cloth when I checked in. There was only enough body wash in the shower for one usage. They don’t put Kleenex’s in the dispenser anymore. At 6:30, the breakfast in the warmers looked like it was leftover from day before. The pancake machine jammed. Won’t stay there anymore.”

“Upon arrival and checking in the room had ants and their response was to spray for it instead of giving a different room. Also, the room oneside ac did not work and it was too hot to be comfortable. They comp tickets for breakfast.”
