“Room 107 had mold around the window and the room smelled damp. Once I told the front desk and showed her the pictures, she changed my room and that room was in much better condition. ”

“Breakfast is always on spot , I chose Tru for this reason as well. I have stayed several times already and no complain or whatsoever. Hopefully there will be microwave in the rooms or at least in the lobby for guests to use.”

“The room was ok, but the bed linen had hair from previous guests. And so was the bathtub. So the two major things that we needed during our stay were unusable. After contacting the front desk they mentioned being short staffed and finally at 9:30 PM I got the half of the items requested and then I was supposed to make the beds.
