“Great affordable place”

“I can get nit picky but I'm not going to. For the money this was a very quiet stay in a clean room with excellent owners who are super friendly. My only critiques are please have an outlet near the side of the bed to charge my phone and to offer stream service to log into rather than cable TV. The lights outside our room were so bright that my room never got dark and it made it difficult to sleep. I would stay here again when passing through Norfolk.”

“Se le solicito por múltiples ocasiones al personal, el suplide toallas y papel. El cual nunca fue provisto.”

“Me gustó que cuenta con parqueo minibar y microondas; no me gustó qué dentro de la habitación había un olor a humedad o a orín de gato, el piso parecía estar sucio y estaba pegajoso como si hubieran vomitado en el y habían moscas dentro de la habitación. Lo que se nota es falta de limpieza y no dan desayuno; pero como veo falta de limpieza me imagino como sería su desayuno si dieran, así que igual no lo comería.”

“Flies in room, roach on the bed, dirt/spiderwebs in room, loud music at 11PM, marihuana smell in room at midnight with window and door closed.”

“Suite was huge and superbly equipped. Room and bath were spotless. Staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Property well located for easy access and proximity to food and services.”

“This was a great place, if you have a room with a kitchen you have to have certain pans or else the stove top willnt work. Other then that it was pretty sweet. A water fountain/falls just outside our room. A pool and an excellent view of the ocean. One of our best Vacations yet. Would return”

“Table was dirty, I brought a pack of washcloths with me and used one to clean the table. It came out red, like if juice was spilled and never cleaned. I started cleaning the rest of the rooms surfaces and it wasn’t too bad. I dropped the rag on the floor and wiped a small area by stepping on it. When I raised my foot my white washcloth was black. The disgusting cigar smell was activating my hives and asthma. My son spotted a roach come out the wall and we immediately packed up and left. We left...

“Hotel was clean most of the staff was very nice and kind had a mix up with expedia and the staff regarding our booking. The manager immediately figured it out but the staff member was a little rude about it.Please ensure your staff is kind and helpful to your paying customers or this may turn others off in the future.”

“Great staff at the front desk. Took care of TV issue when requested. Couldn’t close door for the bathroom because it was hitting the toilet and the room had a smoke smell to it. Other than that, it was a decent state for the money.”
