“My wife and I loved our hotel room, complimentary breakfast, roomy and clean bathroom and shower area, very comfortable, clean beds, very friendly and helpful staff all around from the front desk, house keeping, kitchen staff and the location is superb in that it is close to Peteosky, Bay Shore and downtown Charlevoix. So, I must whole heartedly recommend to everyone who wants to pick an excellent place to stay, it would be here.”

“We came back to shower and the room had not been cleaned yet. Then we left and when we came back later on in the evening the room had not been cleaned. Some towels were taken but the bed remained in made and I had to call to get clean towels.
We weren’t happy.”

“HORRIBLE ROOM, TERRIBLE!!!!
NEVER will stay again at days in. Horrible. Unacceptable. I hope a health department will show up for an inspection of your rooms. They will close you down instantly
Unacceptable. Room 103 had a bathroom door with 1/3 of it MOLD. On the bottom it was coming apart. I could not believe it when I saw it. How can you offer that to your customers. MOLD smell and inhalation affects someone’s Health. I have asthma and respiratory issues.
