“Firstly we were a group of 4 and had a single luggage wrack we went to ask for another one and there were no more. Then from 8:30-10:30 on our first night there was a piercing screech in the lobby that preventing us from sleeping that took forever to get resolved. And you had to use your cell phone to call the front desk cause the phone in the room didn’t work. Then the temperature gauge didn’t work properly and the vent blew cold air right where our heads were so no one could really sleep...

“We reached the hotel late and the reception was closed (they open from 8;30 to 17). They left us an open room that was not acceptable: dirty, old and noisy. There was a conditionair apparel very noisy that was not possible to manage and the fan was broken. We couldn't sleep all the night (the main reason why you usually need an hotel room...). “The poolside area had plenty of chaise lounge chairs. It was nice to be able to get fresh beach towels each day as I didn't pack towels. The tiki bar was convenient and had a friendly staff. The fact that the beach is just a few steps away from the pool area was great.”

“Consiglio tantissimo questo posto le camere sono pulitissime e i letti molto comodi abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza con due letti quieen size. Il patio è veramente accogliente molto fresco riparato da splendide Palme e una piscina molto carina e pulitissima. Nonostante non facciano servizio di pulizia in camera giornaliera durante il giorno ci sono sempre delle signore molto gentili e risposte ad aiutarti alle quali si può chiedere qualcosa se necessario. “The rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall the space felt well maintained. The pool area was pleasant, though seating and shaded areas were somewhat limited. Lunch by the pool was decent, and while breakfast service was a bit slow at times, the experience was still enjoyable. Overall, we had a nice stay, but for a future visit we might consider a beachfront option to enhance the experience even more. ”

“The room was completely dirty. I didn't take photos but I took a video but it will not allow you to upload. There was many people outside my door all night yelling and fighting I would not be surprised if there was escort services in this hotel because when I checked out it seemed to be a prostitute checking in. I did take some screenshots of the video but it doesn't do it justice”
