“Overall a good experience. Reasonable price and good location right next to I64. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Two things to improve: AC quite noisy and the fact though the hotel was quite empty the all 10 or so rooms occupied were all adiacent and so could hear everything coming from the other rooms. ”

“I whole heartedly recommend this hotel when staying in Williamsburg. The rates are super reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. If you stayed in 2025 (Before December) Please go again as it is under new ownership.
We stayed over New Year's Eve so we could go to Busch Gardens to watch the Fireworks. During Check in the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. The free breakfast had loads of options from scrambled eggs and sausage to...

“Amazing community/resort! Staff was great, condo was great! My ONLY critique, not even a complaint, is that the televisions are not smart TVs. I was able to find a cable at Walmart to use the TV as a display for my phone so we could binge watch our shows, but other than that, we had a LOVELY stay!”
