“The place smelled like mold, there were roaches, we didn't feel comfortable bringing anything into the hotel. Left at 9pm before even using the room that long because I felt a mouse scurry over my leg. Don't stay here.”

“We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was terrible. Only fruit was a few apples that was never touched and the cereal was stale! Ice machine didn't work or the vending machine to get a water or soda so we went to the gas station next door. Should put a elevator in going up flights of stairs with luggage was not easy.”

“The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.”

“The room was spacious. However, upon entering the bedroom, a wall light was found with broken lights. Immediately reported to front desk. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. None of the supposedly four carts were observed at the entrance or on the...

“From the kiosk to the no person on property to the toilet seat that was super loose to the shower knob that didn't work correctly to the phone call for cking on a tumbler that we called about not long after we left. They never returned the call. Its a dump. I wont stay there again.”

“I had an Expedia reservation for $63, the clerk jerk promptly increased it to $68 by hand.I asked for the manager or owner, not available. Rude obnoxious and disgusting. For $5 they lost about 15 additional stays, which I warned him would be the result of stealing the additional $5. Owner had prior times been a gentleman but I will pay more other places for an honest front desk. Black mold by air conditioner. Very dangerous to weak lungs.”

“The room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in, the staff was great, the breakfast was well stocked and had a great variety, and the pool was clean and a good temp. The staff were always ready to help with any request, and my family enjoyed the room and modern amenities.”

“Big rooms! Great for families but not great if you want to sleep and have a quiet, normal stay. It’s just so loud. Kids running like crazy in the room above us. Doors constantly slamming in the halls and kids scream. We called with a noise complaint early in the morning and nothing changed. The breakfast is also lacking. Only eggs and sausage one morning. No waffles no oatmeal no biscuits and gravy on Saturdays. Pool was gross.”

“We got as far as check in and immediately asked for a refund and checked out. The lobby was very run down and filthy. All of the furniture and rugs in lobby had stains. Our rooms had broken drywall, stains and liquid on the table, small black hairs on our bedding with a couple stains on the sheets. The room and hallways had a very musty odor. The only positive was the front staff didn’t question our refund and immediately honored our request”
