“The property was clean and rooms were clean. The manager seemed nice. The pool was closed the first night which was a very big disappointment since that was the main reason we picked this hotel (and the waffle maker). The next 2 nights the chlorine level was so high we couldn't stand to be in the water more than about 15-20 minutes because it burned our eyes so bad. The breakfast was okay, all processed food. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. “Clean room”

“We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was terrible. Only fruit was a few apples that was never touched and the cereal was stale! Ice machine didn't work or the vending machine to get a water or soda so we went to the gas station next door. Should put a elevator in going up flights of stairs with luggage was not easy.”

“We were driving to Chicago and stopped for the night in Omaha. We found a good deal on this cute older hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. It was clean and modern and updated inside. The shower was great, the room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. Friendly staff, highly recommended!”

“The front desk staff was great, that was about it. There was garbage, such as a zyn can, a water bottle, and lip gloss still in the room. Shower temp was cold with no water pressure, and there were little hairs I noticed in the bed when I first laid down. The pool room looks very dated, and the maintenance worker who was in there at the same time as us could not keep his eyes of my girlfriend’s butt for more than a minute. This place was generally unpleasant, and I would never stay here again”

“the location across from the Orpheum Theater and near the old market was wonderful. their restaurant the Monarch was reasonable and delicious. Their valet parking was friendly and very secure, I will chose the Deco over every other downtown Omaha hotels every time.”
