“We had to detour to this hotel after our original booking at another brand had water issues. Best decision we ever made rooftop pool and hot tub was spectacular. The staff were exceptional from the restaurant to the front desk to the cleaners. Everybody was amazing highly recommend very, very close to NRG Stadium, and easy to get to downtown via car or subway”

“Spacious, very clean, quiet room. Amazing beds. Covered parking garage on site, with private access, so it feels very safe, also, they have security personnel making rounds. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaning service is offered every third day, the hotel makes a note of that in the small card they attach to your room key. Didn't try the restaurant since we cooked in our room's kitchen.”

We also needed extra bedding, and when I requested two additional pillows, I was told I could only have one because they couldn’t provide any more. “The bed, the air conditioning, and proximity to the stadium were probably the only outstanding things about this hotel. It had a microwave and mini fridge which are convenient when traveling with kids but honestly the cleanliness was poor and did not even see cleaning staff at all in the hallways. If you pay attention to details you realize it’s poor maintenance. They should definitely invest a bit more on that.”

“The whole hotel was in terrible shape, and particularly, the rooms. The rooms are old and poorly maintained; the shower’s water pressure and temperature was bad, also the TV didn’t have any channels. The hotel took advantage of us by charging a lot of money to hold our luggages and also there was essentially no breakfast, even though they advertise one.”
