“Our flight was late on 06/14/2026 . We also called and confirmed hotel . We'll be there really late and called them every two hours to confirmed them . They said it's OK we will wait for you . When we was there at 1:00 am or 2:00 am . One guy come out he said canceled us because we late . I told him why don't you let us know. We confirmed you late every two hours. Anyway we had run around looking another hotel at 3 or 4 am Saturday morning . Experienced never happen again. We also spent money...

“Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The only downside was the dining area is closed for lunch. They do have a snack bar for when the restaurant is closed but was hoping for a meal. All in all, a good stay and will come back again. Staff was great.”

“We had to detour to this hotel after our original booking at another brand had water issues. Best decision we ever made rooftop pool and hot tub was spectacular. The staff were exceptional from the restaurant to the front desk to the cleaners. Everybody was amazing highly recommend very, very close to NRG Stadium, and easy to get to downtown via car or subway”
