“The hotel was nice. Parking was easy and the staff was all great. The restaurant is in the same area as the indoor pool so I can see where some negative comments regarding that come from. It was noisy and of course smelled like an indoor pool area. The food was good so that made up for it. The air conditioning in our room was broken during our stay. They compensated us for it not working which I thought was fair. We were there off season so many things were not open yet so I cannot give a full...

“We went during March so the weather was not warm yet but booked because I found a great deal and wanted to check out this hotel. Overall the grounds are nice. The bedroom was smaller than expected. Location is great with being right on the beach. Breakfast was typical since it was free. The pool was somewhat heated but not really but overall my kids were able to enjoy.”

“Great room. Very clean when arrived. Front desk staff very attentive and responsive. Housekeeping did not do much and failed to show up. HVAC condenser very loud - maintenance tried to fix but couldn't do much. Restaurant was good but understaffed. Love the cookies!!!”

“The gym was very small. The shower needs a removable handle. The pressure could have been stronger as well. Instead of a straight shower bar, it needs the curved ahower bar so that the shower curtain does not touch you. Had to pay extra to park in the parking lot associated with the hotel, such a rip-off!! $10 plus taxes”

“The room was great, construction happening in the building was a bit of an inconvenience. Extra funds being withdrawn from my account was a inconvenience after i prepaid with Expedia. Breakfast options that I had to pay for were minimal. ”

“Air conditioner didn’t work, poor water pressure in the shower, and only decaffeinated coffee available in the room. ”

“Ice rink was not available the first two days which was the only reason we booked at the Carousel my grandchildren love to ice skate. The hot tub was not working on Saturday the Coffee shop was not open the first 2 days. ”
