“Traveling for work, but unable to get a receipt for my stay. Company card. Now I may have to pay out of pocket because I can’t get ahold of anyone and no one was willing to give me a receipt at check-in and no one was at the desk on my way out to the airport.”

“Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. ”

“Staff was super accommodating considering our late check in. Bed was awesome, shower was amazing. Room comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Stayed here due to numerous 5-Star ratings but now believe they were all false. I’ve never paid $65 a night to squat somewhere but now I can mark that off the bucket list. Hotel felt very much like a half-way house and there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with that but would have liked to know before hand.
