“Staff was great and cleanliness was good. However, I had my key “rekeyed” 3 times and it I was not able to open my door with it all weekend. The continental breakfast was ok but not spectacular. The jetted tub was difficult to fill and plug so not ideal after hiking all day.”

“The staff member was really trying their best and seemed to be very short handed. The room had a plastic bag tied over and around the smoke detector on the ceiling. They had “upgraded” me from a single king to a suite with a jacuzzi, but honestly given the state of the facility I didn’t feel that jacuzzi was a health safe option.
