“La sistemazione è molto essenziale. Dalle immagini del sito sembrava un resort lussuoso, invece si tratta di un rustico hotel in mezzo al nulla. La posizione è suggestiva, ma lontana da qualsiasi cosa. Può andr bene come tappa di passaggio per una sosta giusto per dormire fra uno spostamento e l'altro. La colazione si paga a parte.”

“The room and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well manicured, the staff at the front desk was super cool and helped me with using pre paid cards for the payment. The housekeepers and groundskeeper were super nice and were very helpful and professional. The location of the hotel was very nice, easy access to the beach, shops and fine dining. The pool was very clean and heated, they also had a hot tub. Avila Beach is a great place for home base to access Pismo Beach, Cambria, Hearst Castle...

“Everything was great!! I give it a 4/5 stars cause the rooms are just a bit stuffy/hot. No matter how much you play with the thermostat the temperature feels warm. Staff was amazing! Everything is SUPER clean and organized! The hot tub was perfect! Will definitely stay here again. ”

“To their credit, the staff was helpful and got us a new room, but we still had to get a new room as soon as we arrived. The sheets were covered in dirt and stains; though things were tidied up, the place itself is worn down, and rugged. For the three nights we spent, it did its job when it comes to providing us a place to sleep, but other than that, it was very okay. It would not be our first choice if we came back to Arroyo Grande, probably not even on the roster. If you can afford another...
