“I'm reluctant to say how perfect this rental is for fear it will become so popular that we won't have the opportunity to return. But that's what it is. Perfect! From the cleanliness of the spacious rooms, the views of the sunrises and settings, and the most beautiful beach on LBI to the location in the midst of everything there is to do on a beach vacation, this is the best place we've stayed at over many years of renting on the Jersey Shore. My entire family wants to return again next year!”

“Rented the place over 3 days for new years. Really nice location 2 blocks away from the heart of Beach Haven, convenient to the local grocery store. As a group of young families with little kids we loved how there were two separate living spaces so adults and kids could have their own spaces.”

“Overall it was a fantastic stay. House was nice, but the location was awesome. Beach and bay views from the deck were incredible. Boat rental and tennis courts down the block. House is not new, but very suitable and large enough. Good TV in the LR. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the outdoor shower after the beach. “Newly renovated by new owners and really very nicely done. The beds are super comfortable and even nice pillows! It was the last weekend before closing for the season. We were disappointed the pool was closed. Rooms are clean and modern. No phone in room so if you need something you have to go to office. “The staff are kind and helpful”

“The Boulevard is a beautiful hotel! We loved our stay here. The only downs side is when I booked through Hotels.com it said 4pm check in. Luckily we got there right at 4 because their front desk staff leaves at 4pm and doesn’t arrive back until the following morning. The front doors to the hotel lock for this reason, but we were a little worried we could lock ourselves out. ”
